Closing books is where it all started, these are specialized books typically created for law firms and real-estate offices across the United States. Now, we live in a digital world, physicals books are less in demand but still needed. Our team has real world experience working with closing documents and those special projects that come across our tables.
From 1 to 1,500 books, we are your short run, unique bindery house. Not a high-volume production facility but we are a high quality facility. Our clients find us typically when they learn we offer a service very few companies can provide, then they stay with us because they learn our friendly, knowledgeable staff cares. Our team, over the years, were the industry leaders in so many different styles of the closing books, physical and digital.
Our uniqueness is both simple and more complex to describe.

Hard Bound Books
This is our wheelhouse, leatherette material, book cloth, printed laminated materials with virtually no size limit. Custom Foil Stamping not a problem. Once we bind a book block it’s time for a cover to showcase its content.
From one off books to 500+ we are the one people call to finish their project. Specialty finished custom books is what we do.
Binding Options
Some call it Smythe, some Smyth, either way sewn books will always be the leading way to bind a book with its strength and lay-flat ability there is no comparison. Binding does not stop there, if Smyth is not in the budget, we offer spine or side sewn, perfect bound, saddle stitched, meka bound. Not many people can bind a 5" thick book, we can. Our team will point you in the right direction whatever your project may be.
Perfect Bound Books
We create perfect bound books fast. Some orders in just hours. Utilizing the newest technology both PUR (Polyurethane Reactive) and Hot Melt technologies (EVA). Our custom sizes range from spines a little as 4" and up to 17" with thicknesses of to 2" in thickness. This is not your standard size (its's Unique) just ask around. Once we bind the book we can add a hard or soft cover to finish as desired.
What is binding?
Binding is what holds the book together, in this step our team can help you determine what is the best solution for your project. We perfect bind (PUR), adhesive bind, smyth sew, spine and side sew, Spiral and Double wire-O to name a few of the most common. Just ask we will point you in the right direction.

We have evolved as the digital world we live in. We offer Digital only closing transactions as well as documents loaded on thumb drive sticks labeled in cases as well as flat flash drives the size of a credit card mounted in the front cover of your physical books, if desired All files are then bookmarked and searchable to your index.

Printing and Scanning
We are equipped with an on-site, full service digital reproduction center to copy, scan, or print your documents. We are an extra set of trained eyes familiar with the documents we manage. We will check each document against the index to make sure that everything is in the proper place and there are no missing documents. Although we are not paralegals, with our experience we routinely point out potential problems to be addressed.
Many local printers consider us as their specialty, "Unique" in-house bindery center. Send us your printed body pages, we will return them bound and covered as your client’s desire. Specialty debossing and foil stamping, no problem. Smyth sewn books with hard or soft covers, no problem. Or that oversize PUR bound book with a printed and laminated cover either soft or hard covers, no problem.
